Frequently Asked Questions

Q- What credit cards do you accept?
A- We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Q- If we don't order our tickets online, can we pay with credit card or cash when we arrive for the performance?
A- We accept cash, check, and credit cards at the gate the night of the performance. However, you will save money by ordering your tickets online or by phone the day before the event or earlier. These advanced tickets are typically two to four dollars cheaper than on the day of the event.

Q- Don't you offer senior discounts?
A- We do our best to keep ticket prices as low as possible so that families can attend. We may have an occasional concert with special pricing, but typically we will have an advance and day of event price.

Q-What does it mean when the concert is listed as "For All Ages?"
A - This means that the content of the event is suitable for all ages.

Q-Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child if they will sit on my lap?
A - Tickets are required for all children age 1 and above.

Q- I don't like to order online. Is my information really safe?
A- Yes. ShowClix operates with state-of-the-art online security procedures.

Q- What does "WILL CALL" mean?
A- WILL CALL is a theater term meaning you will pick up your tickets at the venue box office or at the venue gate on the evening of the performance. When you approach the gate at the Seaside Pavilion you will see signs directing you to the person checking in people who have "WILL CALL" tickets.

Q- Are we allowed to bring food into the Pavilion?
A- No food or beverages (with the exception of bottled water) are allowed inside the Pavilion. There are some events that may be more restrictive or more lenient. Unless otherwise stated on the specific concert page, the above applies.

Q- Is smoking allowed in the Pavilion? A- The entire Seaside Pavilion and surrounding campus is SMOKE, ALCOHOL, and DRUG free! Thank you for respecting our property.

Q- I see the Pavilion is an outdoor venue. Is it appropriate to bring my pet with me?
A-The only animals allowed @ the Seaside Pavilion are active service animals.

Q- I see some pictures of people, particularly children, on stage with the performers. Are we allowed to do this?
A- Yes, but only for those performances that allow this. Performers will actually invite you on stage; otherwise, please remain in your seats throughout the performance.

Q- You tell us that the gate will open 1 hour before each event. Why is entrance delayed at some events?
A- The performer has the final say as to when the audience may enter the venue. It is necessary for the performer to do a sound check and this sometimes goes into overtime. Please know that the Pavilion Staff will open the gates as soon as they get the word from the performer. Thank you for your patience
