Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Why are you now requiring all purses/bags be made of clear plastic?

A- Security concerns require that we search purses/bags being brought into the Pavilion. Clear bags will allow our security staff to safely inspect items without having to touch your personal items.

Q- What credit cards do you accept?

A- We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Q- If we don't order our tickets online, can we pay with credit card or cash when we arrive for the performance?

A- This season (2024) you can pay with credit cards (no cash) at the gate the night of the performance. However, you will save money by ordering your tickets online or by phone the day before the event or earlier. These advanced tickets are cheaper than on the day of the event.

Q- Do you offer Group Discounts?

A- Group Tickets are available for some shows when purchasing 10 or more tickets for the same show in one transaction.

Q- Do you have a SEASON TICKET program?

A- Due to the uncertainty of being able to hold all of our scheduled events this summer (2024) we will not be able to offer a season ticket discount.

Q-What does it mean when the concert is listed as "For All Ages?"

A - This means that the content of the event is suitable for all ages.

Q-Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child if they will sit on my lap?

A - Tickets are required for all children age 1 and above.

Q- I don't like to order online. Is my information really safe?

A- Yes. ShowClix operates with state-of-the-art online security procedures.

Q- What does "WILL CALL" mean?

A- WILL CALL is a theater term meaning you will pick up your tickets at the venue box office or at the venue gate on the evening of the performance. When you approach the gate at the Seaside Pavilion you will see signs directing you to the person checking in people who have "WILL CALL" tickets.

Q- Are we allowed to bring food into the Pavilion?

A- No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Seaside Pavilion. However, there will be light snacks and bottled water available at the concession stand.

Q- Some venues do not allow ticket holders to re-enter after leaving an event. What is the Seaside Pavilion policy?

A- Due to security concerns we do not allow re-entry if a guest leaves the venue.

Q- Is smoking allowed in the Pavilion?

A- The entire Seaside Pavilion and surrounding campus is SMOKE, ALCOHOL, and DRUG free! Thank you for respecting our property.

Q- I see the Pavilion is an outdoor venue. Is it appropriate to bring my pet with me?

A-The only animals allowed @ the Seaside Pavilion are active service animals that support persons with disabilities.

Q- I see some pictures of people, particularly children, on stage with the performers. Are we allowed to do this?

A- Yes, but only for those performances that allow this. Performers will actually invite you on stage; otherwise, please remain in your seats throughout the performance.

Q- You tell us that the gate will open 1 hour before each event. Why is entrance delayed at some events?

A- The performer has the final say as to when the audience may enter the venue. It is necessary for the performer to do a sound check and this sometimes goes into overtime. Please know that the Pavilion Staff will open the gates as soon as they get the word from the performer. Thank you for your patience.
