The Pier Ministry is a carnival of evangelism that is held from Saturday, July 31 through Friday, August 6 from 6:00 - 10:00 PM at the Old Orchard Beach Pier. Lt. Colonels Howard and Patricia Burr, the territorial ambassadors for evangelism, will lead a team of musicians, actors, illusionists, and others at the Old Orchard Beach Pier during the week.

Starting at the top of Old Orchard Street, the New York Staff Band will march to the Pier as crowds line the streets. At the end of the parade the band will stand in formation and play a few numbers for the gathering crowd. A big brass band, open air evangelism, the carousel, the Pier, and Pier Fries all in one city block! This is Old Orchard Beach at it's best!
