Refunds & Cancellations

If a show is cancelled by the Seaside Pavilion, a full refund is given for all ticket holders. You must present your ticket to get a refund. Receipts or other evidence other than the actual tickets will not be accepted.

For online orders only:

A full refund to your credit card will be made within ten business days upon event cancellation notice. You will not have to return any tickets to qualify for this refund, as your order will already be in our system.

We do not give cash or check refunds to payments made online by credit cards.
